No paper menu. Only online menu. Tiny print. VERY long wait. After 45 minutes said they were JUST working on it. We should have been warned since there were only six people seated. I think they do a heavy take out business. UPDATE The food - BLT and breakfast burrito - were quite good after we got them. Had to eat them in the car.

Orders are always wrong! Workers are rude! One sassy guy literally argued me down about my order That I ordered online for pick up. I waited inside for 35-40 minutes for an online pick up order. Normally I donโ€™t leave reviews but who goes customer attitudes because thy advise theyโ€™ve been waiting forever on a pickup order? I basically waited for cold food and wasted my fiancรฉ whole lunch break because of them.

Initially discovered Knead to Eat Bakery & Cafe, located at 53 Franklin St in Utica, while ordering on DoorDash, and later visited in person because of the great food. The cafรฉ is located right next to Nancy Ford Photography. It can be a bit difficult to spot due to limited visibility, but parking itself is not an issue. There are shared slanted parking spots in front with neighboring businesses, as well as additional parking available behind the restaurant, which is convenient once you know it is there. The interior is hip, bright, and welcoming. Seating is somewhat limited, but despite that, we were always able to find a place to sit without having to wait. The space feels modern and casual, suitable for a relaxed breakfast or brunch. The food was good overall and service was fast. We ordered the Pancake Board, Spin Art, and a veggie omelette. The Spin Art was my favorite. It was soft, flavorful, and melted in the mouth. The Pancake Board was extremely well executed and fun to share, and the veggie omelette was solid. Coffee, however, was not their strongest item. One nice touch is that water is free and self-serve, which is always appreciated. It can get crowded inside on Sa

We visited for a quick breakfast during our visit to Utica. Once you walk inside that almost hidden door its a little piece of happy sunshine inside. Beautiful decor, comfortable and inviting - a place I would love to hang out more often if I could. My husband and I both got Veggie Omelet and Hashbrowns (Wish we could have so much more from the menu and the dessert! ) and everything was just perfect. Food came pretty quick. Douglas is sweet and mindful. Will definitely visit again on our next visit to Utica. Until then best wishes from Texas and keep up the good work!
